
YOUNG ARTISTS (11-16)
Young artists will work with a wide range of media and techniques in both 2D and 3D to explore themes and ideas. They will be encouraged to develop and embrace their own individual styles of making Art. Artworks will be created over the course of the term and will be project based. The young artists will be given opportunities to explore artists and techniques in ways that are personally relevant allowing imagination and intuition to flourish. They will be introduced to contemporary and historical art works as ways to inspire and develop their own ideas.
Theses classes are fantastic for 11-16 year olds wishing to take their art making to the next level, GCSE coursework support and portfolio preparation for art scholarships at 11+ and 13+
Summer Term will be an 11 week course with 1 week break for half term
Monday Home ed group : ages 10-14 , 10.30-12pm, 20th April - 13th July , ( no class on 18th or 25th May)
Thursday Class: 4.15 - 5.30 pm , 23rd April - 9th July , ( no class on the 28th May)
Saturday Classes 11.30 am - 12.45 pm, 18th April - 11th July ( no class on the 16th or 30th May )
Course Price is £ 143, ( £13 a class )
Home Ed cost , (1.5 hours) , £165, ( £15 a class)
GCSE & A-LEVEL MENTORING
Private lessons for GCSE, A-level and scholarship preparation can be booked at the studio. Get extra support for GCSE or A level coursework and final piece preparation or help preparing impressive work for a scholarship. Having worked as Head of Department in secondary schools for many years, Lucy has a wealth of experience to help students through busy stages in when support with creative ideas can be invaluable.
One-to-one tuition is £45 per hour.
